Lost in the Stacks
I read widely and compulsively and my fancies are ever changing. My love of reading, however, is no mere fancy.
Picked up this Royal Diaries series on an urge to get back in touch with my child self. Let me tell you, me at ten would have LOVED this. Me at 27 found it a really pleasant couple of hours. It is enertaining and informative and the character of young Victoria is crafted well. Highly recommended for some good old fashioned escapism, or for an eight to ten years old girl who loves to read and sometimes wishes she were a princess. . .
